| 摘 要： | 本文报告58例子宫肿瘤，采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声（TVCDI）观察子宫及其肿瘤供血状态，98例健康妇女子宫动脉血流速度阻力指数作为对照组。结果表明TVCDI对血流检测的敏感性与准确性明显优于经腹彩色多普勒超声（TACDI），子宫良恶性肿瘤新生血管分布状态，血流类型与血流速度阻力指数比较有显著差异。其血流速度阻力指数与各自子宫动脉比较又有明显差异。我们认为TVCDI对子宫恶性肿瘤具有较好的定性价值。

| Abstract: | Transvaginal color Deppler imaging (TVCDI) was performed in 58 cases with utrine tumor and 98 normal owmen for control to survey the uterine artery and tumor vascularity. The results showed that the accuracy and sensitivity of TVCDI were higher than transaboominal CDI. There were significant differences in blood flow pattern and resistive index between benign and malignant tumors, also between uterine tumor vascularities of themselves' ulerine artery. |
