| 摘 要： | 本文回顾分析805例早期妊娠超声显像表现。805例中超声检查确诊或拟诊早期妊娠802例，误诊3例。将805例早期妊娠声像图分为三型：I型，回声增强型;Ⅱ型，妊娠囊型;Ⅲ型，胎芽型。作者对妊娠囊的形态、大小等作了初步分析。

| Abstract: | Eight hundred and five early pregnant women examed by B-mode ultrasound were analysed in this paper. Among them, 802 cases were diagnosed or suspected, 3 cases were misdiagnosed. Early gestation ultrasound features were classified into three types: Strong echoic type, gestational sac (GS) type and fetus type. Morphology and size of GS were discussed. |
