| 摘 要： | 本文报告经手术与病理证实的肾上腺外嗜铬细胞瘤29例32个瘤体。超声检出率为90．6％，定位准确率93．8％。肿瘤声像表现无特异性，与其他肿瘤较难鉴别。同时讨论了良性、恶性肿瘤鉴别点。

| Abstract: | The ultrasonographic features of 32 extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas in 29 patients confirmed by operation and pathology were reported. The detection and localization rates were 90. 6% and 93. 8% respectively. They are difficult to differentiate from other pathological type tumors. The differentiation between benign and malignant extra-adrenal pheochromocytoma was discussed. |
