超声对剖宫产子宫切口单层与双层缝合切口愈合情况的对比观察

按随机原则，取剖宫产术子宫切口单层缝合80例、双层缝合50例，用二维超声对子宫切口愈合及缝线吸收情况进行定期随诊、对比观察。结果表明：术后60天缝线完全吸收率，单层缝合组为92％（74／80），双层缝合组为78％（39／50）;伤口出血及／或感染率，单层缝合组为0，双层缝合组为4％（2／50）。本文提示，剖宫产子宫切口单层缝合较双层缝合有一定的优越性。

Comparative Observation of the Single Layer and Double Layer Suturing Techniques of the Uterous Incision in Caesarian Section by Ultrasonic Technique

On the basis of random selection, we studied 80 cases who underwent single layer suture of the uterous incision after caesarian section compared with 50 cases double layer sutures were used. Regular follow-ups were carried out in order to make a comparative observation of the healing of the incision and the absorption of the sutures. The results show that the 60-day complete absorption rate after the operation as follows: 92% (74/80) for the single layer suture group and 78 % (39/50) for the double layer sutures group I the incision bleedng and infection rates were respectively zero for the single layer suture group and 4 % (2/50) for the double layer sutures group. Our study suggests that in caesarian section the single layer suturing technique has an advantageous over the double layer suturing.
