| 摘 要： | 目的研究佳加学生钙咀嚼片对小鼠记忆功能的影响。方法通过水迷宫试验和跳台试验对喂饲高、中、低三种剂量的小鼠记忆改善情况进行观察。结果两次实验结果显示,佳加学生钙咀嚼片能够降低小鼠水迷宫实验到达终点时间和延长小鼠跳台的潜伏期,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论佳加学生钙咀嚼片具有改善小鼠记忆功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of JiaJiaXueShengGai chewable tablets on memory function of mice. Methods Water-maze and jumping stair experiments were conducted in mice,the effect of JiaJiaXueShengGai chewable tablets with three different doses on the memory of mice was observed. Results JiaJiaXueShengGai chewable tablets could shorten the mice swimming time in Water-maze test and prolonged the mice latent period of stepping down;the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusions JiaJiaXueShengGai chewable tablets can improve the memory function in mice. |
