寒湿困脾证动物模型的建立和评价

摘    要:目的:建立中医寒湿困脾证动物模型。方法:采取寒湿环境+寒凉饮食+高脂鼠料饲养的复合因素法造模21 d,然后采用胃苓汤干预治疗14 d反证模型是否成功。造模及药物反证过程中,观察鼠的外观表现,并检测大鼠尿D-木糖排泄率、血浆胃动素(MTL)和血清胃泌素(GAS)水平。结果:模型鼠外在表现符合寒湿困脾证的主要特征,且模型组鼠的体质量、尿D-木糖排泄率、血清GAS水平较正常组显著降低(P<0.01),血浆MTL水平较正常组明显升高(P<0.05)。经胃苓汤干预治疗后,模型自然恢复组和胃苓汤反证组鼠的外在表现、体质量、尿D-木糖排泄率、GAS和MTL水平较模型组均有不同程度的改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且胃苓汤反证组鼠的改善较模型自然恢复组更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:采取寒湿环境+寒凉饮食+高脂饲料复合因素法建立的寒湿困脾证大鼠模型在一定程度上反映了中医寒湿困脾证的特点,符合中医药证理论,具有一定的应用价值。
