| 摘 要： | 目的 观察壳聚糖止血敷料联合充气止血绷带应用于桡动脉穿刺点压迫止血的临床效果.方法 将经桡动脉入路实施冠状动脉介入检查和治疗的310例患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组155例.对照组采用桡动脉充气止血绷带常规方法压迫止血,试验组使用壳聚糖止血辅料联合桡动脉充气止血绷带压迫止血.所有患者试验前至少接受阿司匹林100 mg...
