摘    要:目的研究纳米银生物海绵的制备方法及其抑菌能力。方法含有硝酸银的壳聚糖等胶液经复合交联、冷冻干燥,最后经紫外线照射得载纳米银的生物海绵;扫描电镜观测纳米银粒径;扩散法测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的体外抑制作用,并与明胶海绵比较;大鼠后背创面涂抹混合菌液后,贴敷海绵,于不同时间点观测伤口愈合情况,取分泌液进行细菌培养考察海绵的在体抑菌能力。结果扫描电镜结果显示海绵中纳米银的粒径多为40 nm;相对于明胶海绵和生物海绵,载纳米银生物海绵对三个菌种无论是离体或在体都有一定的抑制作用,特别是对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用更为明显。结论纳米银生物海绵对常见病菌有一定的抑制作用,可望作为一种新型的生物敷料用于预防和治疗创面感染。
