| 摘 要： | 目的检测小青龙汤对支气管哮喘小鼠磷酸酶基因(PTEN)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响,探讨小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘的机制。方法健康雌性BALB/c小鼠随机分成正常对照组、哮喘组、地塞米松组和小青龙汤组。以卵蛋白致敏法建立支气管哮喘小鼠模型,造模成功观察2周后,处死小鼠取肺组织,苏木精-伊红(H-E)染色观察病理组织变化,免疫组织化学法检测MMP-9和PTEN蛋白表达情况。结果哮喘组小鼠肺组织PTEN的表达量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),小青龙汤组和地塞米松组治疗后小鼠肺组织PTEN的表达量显著高于哮喘组(P值均<0.01)。哮喘组小鼠肺组织MMP-9的表达量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),小青龙汤组和地塞米松组治疗后小鼠肺组织MMP-9的表达量显著低于哮喘组(P值均<0.01)。结论小青龙汤能显著改善气道炎症。小青龙汤选择性上调PTEN、下调MMP-9表达,可能是其治疗哮喘的作用机制之一。
