| 摘 要： | 本文报道经纤维支气管镜诊治支气管异物25例，21例术前误诊，误诊率84％。25例支气管异物中，除了3例因并呼衰等共发症不能耐受取异物术外，其余22例经纤支镜取出异物，成功率88％。并就支气管异物误诊原因及纤支镜在诊治中的价值进行讨论，认为纤支镜是诊治支气管异物的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | Twenty-five cases of endobronchial foreign bodies were diagnosed with fiberobronchoscopy, of which 21 cases (84%)were misdiagnosed before fiberobronchos -copy cxam ination. Among 25 cases 22 ones (88%) weret aken out the foreign bodies euccessfully by fiberobron choscopy. The other 3 cases could not tolerare this therapy owing to their respiratory failure. The csuses of misdiagnosis and the value of fiberobronchoscopy were discussed. Our results indicated that fiberobronchoscopy is the best instrument to diagnose and treat endobronchial foreign body. |
