成都市三类重点人群流感大流行认知、态度及行为干预效果

目的对成都市禽类工人、建筑工人和门诊病人应对流感大流行的相关知识、态度和行为进行干预和效果评估,以增强重点人群对流感大流行的应对能力。方法采用问卷调查法对干预前后的相关知识、态度和行为进行评价。结果干预后,三类重点人群的相关知识、态度和行为有所提高,建筑工人的知识知晓率由66.0%提高到78.9%;禽类工人疫苗接种率从77.0%增至85.0%;门诊病人主动参与预防流感流行活动由干预前59.0%增加到干预后71.0%;但人群对政府应对流感行动的信心不足,相关行动配合积极性不高,对流感大流行相关社会或家庭预防、控制措施准备不充分。结论政府部门应积极制订相关政策,并继续选择电视、报纸和网络等大众媒介大力宣传流感相关知识,以增强群众应对流感大流行的信心及责任心,形成良好的预防控制流感大流行的心理和相关行为,最终提升我市应对流感大流行的能力。

Intervention Effect Evaluation on the KAP of Pandemic Among Three Focus Groups in Chengdu

OBJECTIVE Intervening and evaluation the knowledge, attitudes and praetice（KAP） of pandemic among three focus groups-- poultry workers, construction workers and out-patients and evaluation in Chengdu, to improve their coping ability. METHOD Questionnaires survey is implemented to evaluation pandemic KAP of people before and after intervention. RESULT Significant improvement is observed after intervention. Knowledge rate of construction workers is improved from 66.0% （before） to 78.9%（after）, vaccination rate of poultry workers from 77.0%（before） to 85.0%（after）and voluntary participation rate to the flu prevention activities of out-patients from 59.0%（before） to 71.0%（after）. Qualitative interview shows people lack of confidence to government coping with pandemic, lack of enthusiasm in action and lack of preparation in society and family. CONCLUSION Government should strengthen public health education and relative policy with TV, newspaper and internet, to improve people＇ s confidence and obligation to cope with pandemic and then to cultivate good psychological and practical preparation, to improve the coping ability of the whole city at last.
