| 摘 要： | 目的优选胃舒胶囊中延胡索的提取工艺。方法采用单因素考察及正交试验设计,以延胡索乙素的含量为指标优选延胡索提取工艺。结果延胡索工艺选择为加8倍量50%乙醇提取两次,第1次1.5 h,第2次1 h。结论采用此方法提取延胡索药材,省时省工节能,适合于大生产。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the extraction method of Rhizoma Corydalis in Weishu Capsules.Methods The extraction process was studied by single factor and orthogonal design with the content of Tetrahydropalmatine determined by RP-HPLC as index.Results The extraction conditions were: adding eight-times 50%alchhol,heating two times,the first time last one and a half hours and the second time last one hours.Conclusion The extraction method for Rhizoma Corydalis can save time,working and energy and is suitable for the morden production. |
