| 摘 要： | 目的分析上海市浦东新区潍坊社区慢性病的现状，为进一步加强社区卫生服务、制定完善合理的社区卫生服务策略提供依据。方法采用入户询问，按疾病顺位进行分类，按年龄、性别、疾病、治疗进行统计分析。结果慢性病以循环系统和消化系统疾病为最常见，共占患病例数的56．99％；男性慢性病患病率比女性低。结论患病率随年龄的增长而呈渐增趋势，提示我们在开展社区卫生服务时要有意识地对社区老年人有所侧重，加强对慢性病的健康教育，加强慢性病的管理。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the status quo of chronic disease, so as to develop community health services.Methods The age, gender, disease and treatment of every household were analyzed.Results Most of the diseases were chronic diseases of circulatory system and digestive system (56.99%), the men had low morbidity rate than women.Conclusions Prevalence rat increased with age, so that we should pay more attention to the health service of senior citizens, including enhancing the health education and the management of chronic diseases. |
