| 摘 要： | Avastin为新型靶向抗癌药物，对32例化疗失败或术后复发的晚期肿瘤患采用Avastin联合化疗．取得较好近期疗效，其护理要点：严格要求药物的配制与输注方法，用药前知情告知，用药期间监测观察是否有高血压、心脏毒性反应、血液系统毒副反应等。

| Abstract: | Avastin is a novel target anti-cancer drug. In the study, 32 patients with advanced cancer relapse because of failure in first chemotherapy were trea ted with Avastin combined chemotherapy. The authors summed up the nursing points , which including rigorous preparation and transfusion of the drugs, having pati ents informed of drug administration, close monitoring in case of hypertension, cardiac toxic reactions and adverse reactions in blood system. |
