静滴20％甘露醇所致静脉炎的护理干预

目的探讨前瞻性护理干预对减少静脉应用甘露醇所致静脉炎的效果观察。方法将80例静脉滴注20％甘露醇患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例。对照组采用一般的静脉输液护理常规，一旦出现静脉炎即予处理。干预组在使用20％甘露醇前采取前瞻l生护理预防静脉炎的发生。两组患者均由专业技术水平较高且责任心较强的护士全程护理与观察，对比两组患者护理效果。结果干预组患者静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论前瞻性护理干预能有效降低静脉滴注20％甘露醇所致静脉炎发生率，减少病人护理不良事件，对提高护理质量有重要的意义。

Prospective nursing intervention to phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol

Objective To explore the prospective nursing intervention in reducing intrave- nous application of phlebitis caused by mannitol. Methods 80 cases of patients with intravenous infusion of mannito120% patients were divided into intervention group and control group, with 40 cases for each group. The control group adopted the general intravenous infusion nursing routine with instant treatment of phlebitis at any time. In the intervention group prospective nursing intervention for the prevention of the occurrence of phlebitis was carried out before use of 20% mannitol. The whole nursing and observation process of the patients in two groups were charged by nurses with higher professional and technical level and strong sense of responsibility, and the nursing effects of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The phlebitis incidence in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group with statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The prospective nursing intervention can effectively re- duce phlebitis incidence induced by intravenous infusion of 20% mannitol, reduce patient nursing adverse events, and it has important significance for improving the quality of nursing care.
