黛力新治疗无焦虑及抑郁症状功能性消化不良

目的探讨奥美拉唑、莫沙必利联合黛力新（氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片）治疗无焦虑及抑郁症状功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效。方法将116例无焦虑及抑郁FD患者随机分为两组，对照组58例给予奥美拉唑肠溶片和莫沙必利治疗；治疗组58例在上述治疗的基础上加用黛力新治疗，8周后观察疗效。结果对照组总有效率为62．1％，治疗组总有效率为87．9％；两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未见影响治疗的药物不良反应。结论黛力新治疗无焦虑及抑郁症状FD疗效满意，不良反应轻微。

Deanxit in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsion hut without symptoms of anxiety and depression

Objective To explore the efficacy of tritherapy with omeprozole, mosapride and Deanxit （ flupentixol ＋ melitracen ） for patients with functional dyspepsion but without symptoms of anxiety and depression. Methods One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned to receive either omeprozole and mosapride （ 58 patients, control group ） or tritherapy with omeprozole, mosapride, and Deanxit （ 58 patients, study group ）. The efficacies were observed in both groups eight weeks after treatment. Results There was a significant difference in total effectiveness rate between the control group and the study group （ 62.1% vs. 87.9%, P〈 0.05 ）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusions Deanxit has a satisfactory efficacy and slight adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsion but without symptoms of anxiety or depression.
