护理本科教师课程教学目标观念的调查研究

摘    要:文章通过对某军医大学护理本科教师进行问卷调查,了解教师的课程教学目标观念现状,探索影响观念的相关因素,为教师认清自身现状,转变观念提供参考。调查结果发现,教师最重视护理本科生高级思维技巧的培养,最不重视人文价值观的培养。教师课程教学目标观念与教师的教龄、关注教育的程度和总结反思教学的频率有关。

Abstract:A survey in the form of questionnaires has been carried out among the teachers who teach nursing undergraduates The authors have investigated the current situation and the related factors of teachers' conceptions of curriculum teaching aims.This survey gives a reference for teachers to understand their own situation and to change their concepts.The results show that teachers attach great importance to training senior nursing students' advanced thinking skills,but fail to pay attention to cultivating their humanistic values,and teachers' conceptions of curriculum teaching aims are connected with their teaching experience,the extent of their focus on education and the frequency of teaching summary and reflection.
