过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘的中医证治关联

对过敏性鼻炎与支气管哮喘的中医证治关联进行了探讨。认为二者的病因与症状均与风邪有关 ,发作期临床常见证型分为 :①风邪独盛、肺气不宣 ;②外感风寒 ,痰饮内伏 ;③风邪外感 ,痰热内蕴 ;④正虚邪恋。治则发作期宜疏风抗敏、宣肺通窍 ;祛风散寒、化饮平喘及清热宣肺通窍。迁延期扶正固本为主 ,兼以祛邪。缓解期益肺健脾固肾为主 ,佐以祛风抗敏。

Relationship between Allergic Rhinitis and Bronchial Asthma in TCM Treatment

The author has made an exploration into the relationship between allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma in TCM treatment and believed that both are related to wind. The common syndromes during the attack are: (1) hyperactivity of wind causing failure of the lung qi; (2) invasion of wind and cold causing retention of phlegm; (3) invasion of wind causing accumulation of phlegm-heat; and (4) deficiency of body resistance. The principle of treatment include dispersing wind to prevent allergy, promoting the dispersing function of the lung, dispersing cold, resolving phlegm, relieving asthma, clearing away heat and removing obstruction during the attack; reinforcing body resistance and removing pathogenic factors during the deferment period; and invigorating the lung and spleen, reinforcing the kidney and dispersing wind to prevent allergy during the remission period.
