罗格列酮治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的　观察罗格列酮治疗肥胖型 2型糖尿病的疗效。方法　选择 4 0例肥胖、2型糖尿病患者 ,使用较大剂量其他降糖药 ,血糖控制稳定但水平较高 (FBG >7 5mmol/L ,但 <12mmol/L) ,加服罗格列酮 4mg/d ,6周后 ,观察血糖血脂变化。结果　罗格列酮降低空腹和餐后 2h血糖有效率分别达 95 %和 72 5 % ,且能降低TG ,提高HDL C ,不良反应少。结论　肥胖型 2型糖尿病患者在使用其他降糖药效果不理想时 ,加用罗格列酮可进一步降低血糖 ,改善血脂 ,且服用方便、安全 ,值得临床应用

Effect of rosiglitazone in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetic patients

Objective To observe the efficacy of rosiglitazone in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetics.Methods Rosiglitazone was added to the 40 obese type diabetics whom had poorly controlled blood glucose(fasting:7.5～12.0mmol/L) with other anti diabetic drugs,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose,HbAlc,blood lipid and so on were measured at the beginning and six months after treatment.Results After six months treatment combined by rosiglitazone,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hour blood glucose and HbAlc decreased significantly with the increase of HDL C and the decrease of TG,side effect was less.Conclusion Rosiglitazone can improve blood glucose control of obese type 2 diabetics whom were poorly controlled by other anti diabetic drugs,which also can improve lipid metabolism disturbance with fewer side effects.
