输尿管间嵴肥厚的超声诊断价值

目的 探讨超声对输尿管间嵴肥厚的诊断价值。方法 分析我院经手术和膀胱镜证实的12例输尿管间嵴肥厚的临床资料和超声检查结果。结果 所有12侧均为男性，大部分伴有前列腺肥大，其超声特点为：在膀胱三角区上缘两侧输尿管膀胱入口之间横切面可见一条增厚的条索状回声相连，纵切面为突入膀胱的柱状物，不随体位移动，都有残余尿。结论 超声对诊断输尿管间嵴肥厚具有极高的应用价值。

Ultrasonographic Value for Diagnosis of Hypertrophic Interureteral Crista

Objective To assess the ultrasonographic value for the diagnosis of hypertrophic interureteral crista (HIC).Methods The clinical data and ultrasonic features of twelve HIC cases confirmed by surgery and cystoscope were analysed.Results All the twelve cases were males complicated with prostatomegaly.Their ultrasound features were as follows:There was a line-shaped echo between the two ureteric orifices at cystic trigone on the transverse view,and it was a cylinder-like echo protruded into the bladder wall on the longitudinal view.It never moved with the body movement in any positions.There was residual urine in the bladder after urination.Conclusions Ultrasonography is valuable for assessing HIC.
