吗啡干预对急性心肌梗死大鼠血浆脑钠素及梗死面积的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨急性心肌梗死 (AMI)后血浆脑钠素 (BNP)浓度变化及其与肌酸激酶同工酶 (CK -MB)的相关关系 ;明确吗啡干预对AMI大鼠血浆BNP浓度与梗死面积的影响。方法 将 2 4只大鼠随机分为对照组、单纯缺血组、吗啡干预组。分别测定 3组大鼠术后 0 5、5、12、2 2h血浆BNP浓度及血清CK -MB浓度 ;并于 2 2h后处死大鼠 ,取心肌标本染色后测定心梗面积。结果 单纯缺血组血浆BNP浓度与血清CK -MB浓度较对照组和吗啡干预组明显升高 (均 P <0 0 1)。吗啡干预组较对照组血浆BNP浓度在 0 5、5h无差异 ,在 12、2 2h明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,升高的BNP与CK -MB呈正相关。吗啡干预组心梗面积较单纯缺血组明显减少 (P <0 0 1)。结论 AMI后血浆BNP浓度显著升高 ,BNP浓度与血清CK -MB浓度及梗死面积呈正相关 ;吗啡干预可减小心梗面积 ,同时降低血浆BNP浓度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of morphine on B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) and myocardial infarction size in rats with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and the relationship between BNP,CK-MB and myocardial infarction size. Methods Twenty-four rats were divided into three groups: control group,AMI group and morphine intervention group.Plasma BNP concentration and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) were determined at different time.All the rats were killed after twenty-two hours,and myocardial infarction size were determined. Results BNP concentration and CK-MB concentration in AMI group were higher than those in control group and morphine intervention group(P<0.01;P<0.01).BNP concentration in morphine intervention group increased after 4.5 hours(P<0.01).Myocardial infarction size in morphine intervention group were smaller(P<0.01).Conclusion Plasma BNP concentration increased rapidly after AMI. Morphine can reduce myocardial infarction size and plasma BNP concentration.
