莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良102例

目的:观察莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效和安全性.方法:168例FD患者随机分为治疗组102例,给予莫沙必利5 mg,tid,po;对照组66例,给予多潘立酮10 mg,tid,po.疗程均为4 周.结果:治疗组有效率89.2%,明显高于对照组59.1%(P＜0.01);治疗组用药2周临床主要症状已有明显缓解,用药4周各项症状的改善明显优于2周(P＜0.01),除呕吐外,对其余症状缓解均优于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01).结论:莫沙必利是一种治疗FD的安全有效的药物.

Treatment of 102 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia with Mosapride

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effectiveness and safety rate of mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods:168 patients with FD were randomly divided into 2 groups. 102 patients of the treatment group were given each 5 mg of mosapride, PO, t.i.d.. 66 patients of the control group were given each 10 mg of domperidone, PO, t.i.d.. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 4 weeks. Results:The total effective rate in patients of the treatment group was 89.2%, which was significantly higher than that(58.1%) of the control group(P<0.01). 2 weeks after the beginning of treatment, the chief clinical symptoms in patients of the treatment were found to remit strikingly. After 4 weeks of medication, remission of symptoms in patients of the treatment group was obviously better than that at the second week of treatment (P<0.01). Remission of all clinical symptoms except vomiting was more prominent in patients of the treatment group than that of the control group (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion:Mosapride was shown to be a safe and effective drug in the treatment of FD.
