血必净对急性阑尾炎患者CRP WBC的影响

目的探讨血必净在治疗急性阑尾炎时对C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞(WBC)的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方案上加用血必净,术前、术后第1,2,3,5天分别抽血行CRP、WBC全血检测,观察血必净对急性阑尾炎患者CRP、WBC的影响。结果术前对照组和治疗组CRP、WBC数值差异无统计学意义,术后第1,2,3天2组CRP、WBC数值差异有统计学意义,术后第5天2组数值差异无统计学意义。结论血必净可以较早地降低急性阑尾炎患者的CRP、WBC计数,加快炎症的控制,促进患者康复。

Effect of Xuebijing injection on CRP and WBC in patients with acute appendicitis

Objective To discuss the effect of Xuebijing injection on CRP and WBC in treatment of acute appendicitis.Methods 60 patients with acute appendicitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the base of same treatment as control group.CRP and WBC were detected on preoperation and the first day,the second day,the third day and the fifth day after operation.The difference in two groups was compared to prove statistical significance.The effect of Xuebijing on CRP,WBC in patients with acute appendicitis was observed.Results The difference of CRP and WBC had no statistical significance between control group and treatment group preoperation.The difference of CRP and WBC had statistical significance between two groups on the first day,the second day and the third day after operation.There was no statistical significance on the fifth day after operation.Conclusion Xuebijing injection may decrease CRP and WBC in patients with acute appendicitis earlier,accelerate control of inflammation and promote rehabilitation of patients.
