老年人重型颅脑损伤的临床特点及预后分析

目的：探讨老年重型颅脑损伤的特点与预后的影响因素。方法：对60岁以上格拉斯哥计分（GCS）〈8分的颅脑损伤167例临床资料进行单因素、多因素分析。结果：老年颅脑损伤病人中．70．0％伤前伴有慢性疾病．25．7％同时合并其它脏器损伤，38．3％伤后出现各种并发症。老年颅脑损伤病人的预后受颅脑损伤的严重程度、原有的慢性疾病、合并损伤和伤后并发症等多因素综合影响。结论：老年颅脑损伤具有自身的特点。处理老年颅脑损伤病人时，应特别注意原有慢性疾病的处理和各种并发症的防治。

Clinical Characteristics and Prognosis of the Elderly Patients with Severe Head Trauma

Objective:To explore the factors which affects the prognosis and characteristics of severe craniocerebral injury in elderly.Methods:A retroprospective study on the clinical data of 167 patients aged over 60 and GCS<8 was carried out.Results:Of the 167 patients with craniocerebral injury,70.0% was accompanied with other chronic diseases before injury.Combined injuries were discovered in 25.7% of the cases and various post-traumatic complications followed in 38.3% of the cases.The prognoses of aged patients with craniocerebral injury were influenceed by the multifactors such as the severity of head injury,pretraumatic chronic diseases,combined injuries,post-traumatic complications,and so on.Conclusion:There may be some specials in aged patients with craniocerebral injury.The management of pre-traumatic chronic diseases and prevention/treatment of post-traumatic complications must been emphasized in the treatment of the aged patients with craniocerebral injury.
