| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT对原发性卵巢癌的诊断及其分期的价值。方法对经手术病理证实为原发性卵巢癌病例,与临床病理分期对照,分析其各期CT表现,并行CT分期。结果CT表现直接征象为盆腔肿块,间接征象常有腹水、邻近器官受侵,转移征象。CT分期,I期8例(15%),Ⅱ期13例(25%),Ⅲ期23例(43%),Ⅳ期9例(17%)。手术病理分期Ⅰ期1例(2%),Ⅱ期13例(25%),Ⅲ期26例(49%),Ⅳ期13例(24%)。结论CT对原发性卵巢癌诊断及分期有重要意义,但CT分期有可能低估。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of computer tomography(CT) in diagnosis and staging of primary ovarian cacinoma(POC).Methods 53 pathologic diagnosed POC was analyzed by their clinic and pathologic staging and CT manifestation.Results The CT direct sign of POC was pelvic cavity lump,the indirect signs were ascites,infiltration and metastasis.There were 8(15%) patients with stageⅠ,13(25%) patients with stageⅡ,23(43%) and 9(17%)patients diagnosed through CT with stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ respectively.Nevertheless,there were 1(2%)patients in stageⅠ,13(25%)patients in stage Ⅱ,26(49%)and 13(24%)in stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ diagnosed by pathologic method.Conclusion CT is of great importance for the diagnosis and staging for the primary ovarian cacinoma,but with less sensitivity when compare to pathologic diagnosis. |
