摘    要:目的:为探讨非小细胞肺癌中p53蛋白表达与肺癌组织学类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法:应用免疫级化技术(ABC法),以p53单克隆抗体检测53例非小细胞肺癌组织中p53基因的表达,组织经微波抗原修复后进行免疫染色。结果采用X2检验。结果:p53蛋白在53例非小细胞肺癌中表达阳性率为64.2%,p53蛋白表达与非小细胞肺癌的组织学类型无关(P>0.05);与肺鳞癌分化程度有关(P<0.01);肺腺癌中与淋巴结转移有关(p<0.05)。结论:p53基因的表达异常与不同类型的肺癌发生发展相关,提示P53基因在肺癌的形成、分化和转移过程中起不同的调节作用,p53蛋白过度表达则预后差,检测p53蛋白对判断非小细胞肺癌预后具有应用价值。

Abstract:Purpose: In order to find the correlation between p53 expression and histological type, degree of differentiation andlymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer. Method: Immunohistochemical techniques(ABC method) and monoclonal antibodywere used to study the expression of p53 protein in 53 cases of non-small cell lung cancer. Immunostain was performed after antigenicityrestored using microwave. The results tested by using chisquare test. Results: The results showed that the positive expression rate of p53protein was 64. 2 %. There was no statistically significant correlation between expression of p53 protein and histological type (P>0.05).A significant correlation was found between p53 protein expression and the degree of differentiation of squamous cell carcinoma (P<0.01) and lymph node metetases of adenocarcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusions: Our study suggests that p53 protein expression may relateto the formation and development of different types of lung cancer and play different roles of regulation. Therefore, over expression ofp53 protein predicted with poor prognosis. The examination of p53 protein was valuable in the judgment of prognosis of lung cancer.
