| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支原体肺炎的CT表现及其临床应用价值.方法对23例经临床及血清学证实的支原体肺炎病人行CT扫描,并对其CT表现进行分析.结果 23例支原体肺炎病人中,21例(91.3%)显示结节状或小斑片状气腔实变影;19例(82.6%)可见磨玻璃密度影;17例(73.9%)可见支气管血管束增粗;10例(43.5%)出现树芽征;6例(26.1%)可见大片状实变影,内有支气管气像;6例(26.1%)出现淋巴结肿大;2例(8.7%)出现胸腔积液,病变局限于一个肺叶内17例(73.9%).结论支原体肺炎的CT表现具有一定特征性,在其诊断和鉴别诊断中具有一定临床价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT features of Mycoplasma pneumonia and its value in clinical application. Methods Twenty three cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia proved by clinic and serology were examined with conventional CT , and the CT features were analysed. Results Of all 23 cases, nodular or patchy air space consolidation were seen in 21 (91.3%), ground glass opacities in 19 (82.6%), thickening of bronchovascular bundle in 17 (73.9%), "tree in bud" sign in 10 (43.5%), large area of consolidation in 6 (26.1%), enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes in 6 (26.1%), small pleural effusions in 2 (8.7%), 17 (73.9%) involved in one lobe. Conclusion The CT features of Mycoplasma pneumonia are of great value in differentiation diagnosis. |
