冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者血管性血友病因子水平的变化

目的探讨冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者血清中血管性血友病因子（von Willebrand factor,vWF）的变化和临床意义。方法选取确诊冠心病患者57例和同期健康人30例作为对照组,抽取静脉血,采用酶联吸附法测定血清中vWF含量,并按心功能等级分级进行比较分析。结果冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者血清中vWF显著升高（P〈0.01）,并随着心衰加重而越显著（P〈0.01）,心功能Ⅲ、Ⅳ级与Ⅱ级比较显著升高（P〈0.01）,心衰程度与血清中vWF呈正相关关系（r=0.43,P〈0.01）。结论冠心病合并慢性心力衰竭患者血清中vWF水平升高,检测血清中vWF可作为评价其病情严重程度的指标之一。

Change of von Willebrand Factor in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Association with Heart Failure

Objective To investigate the change and significance of von Willebrand factor（vWF） in patients with coronary heart disease in association with heart failure.MethodsThe level of vWF in plasma of 57 patients with coronary heart disease in association with heart failure and 30 normal persons were determined.According to the heart function the patients were divided into three groups.ResultsThe plasma levels of vWF of patients with coronary heart disease in association with heart failure were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.01）,the poorer the heart function,the higher was vWF levels.The plasma levels of vWF of patients with cardiac function of class Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those of patients with cardiac function of class Ⅱ（P〈0.01）.The plasma level of vWF had a positive correlation with the degree of chronic heart failure（P〈0.01）.ConclusionThe plasma levels of vWF of patients with coronary heart disease in association with heart failure were high,The plasma levels of vWF might be important predicators of the severity of coronary heart disease in association with heart failure.
