专科医院抗菌药物临床使用状况分析

目的统计2006年抗菌药物的临床应用情况,分析整形专科抗菌药物的使用特点。方法采用WHO药物统计合作中心设定的限定日剂量方法计算抗菌药物的用药频率(DDDs)。结果头孢类、喹诺酮类、林可和克林类抗菌药物使用频率和年销售金额均靠前。结论抗感染药物的应用基本合理,但抗感染药物使用率较高,建议临床医师在具体运用中必须严格用药指征,根据病原菌种类及药敏试验结果选用抗菌药物。

Analysis of the Status of Clinical Use of Antibiotics in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the status of clinical use of antibiotics in our hospital in 2006 and analyze the using characteristics of antibiotics in the plastic surgery department. Methods The DDDs of antibiotics in our hospital was counted using the DDDs method set by the Medicine Statistics Cooperation Center of WHO. Results the using frequency and the year saleamount of Cephalosporin,Quinolones,Lincomycin,Clindamycin were higher. Conclusion The medication of anti-infectives was basically reasonable in our hospital, but the DDDs of the anti-infectives was higher, it is suggested that the clinician strictly apply the indication for drugs in real utilization, and select the antibiotics according to the type of pathogens and the result of drug sensitivity test .
