胃癌组织CyclinE和p53蛋白表达的研究

研究CyclinE和 p5 3蛋白在胃癌中表达的意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法对正常胃粘膜、萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生、萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生组织各 2 0例和 78例胃癌组织标本进行CyclinE和p5 3蛋白检测。结果 :胃癌中CyclinE和 p5 3蛋白阳性表达率均高于正常胃粘膜、萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生组 (P <0 .0 1) ,p5 3蛋白阳性表达高于萎缩性胃炎伴不典型增生组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CyclinE、p5 3蛋白表达与胃癌肿瘤细胞分化程度相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;CyclinE蛋白阳性表达率在有肝转移组高于无肝转移组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3蛋白表达率在有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3蛋白表达与胃癌浸润深度有关。结论 :CyclinE和p5 3蛋白异常表达可能参与胃癌的发生发展过程 ,检测CyclinE和 p5 3蛋白表达作为反映胃癌病理学特点可能有一定参考意义。

THE ANALYSIS OF CYCLINE AND P53 EXPRESSION IN GASTRIC CARCINOMA

Objective:To study the cyclinE and p53 protein i n gastric carcinogensesis and the significance of their expression in gastric c a rcinoma (GC).Method:20 samples of normal gastric mucosa,20 sampl e s of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) with metaplasia and 20 samples of CAG with dysplasia and 78 cases of GC were examined by immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rates of cyclinE and p53 protein were high er in GC than those in normal gastric mucosa and CAG with metaplasia ( P <0.01 ), and the positive rate of p53 also higher in GC than that in CAG with dysplasia ( P <0.05).The expression of cyclinE and p53 in GC significantly correlated wi t h tumor cell differentiation ( P <0.05).The positive rate of cyclinE protein w as higher in GC with liver metastasis group than that is GS without group( P <0.05). In the group with lymph node metastasis,The positire rates of p53 protein expres sion in GS with lymphnode metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastais group ( P <0.05). Conclusions:The abnormal expressi on of cyclinE and p53 protein may be associated with gastric carcinogenesis.The detection for cyclinE and p53 protein may be helpful to evaluate the clinicopath ological parameters of gastric carcinoma.
