| 摘 要： | 目的：了解我院全肠外营养液（TPN）临床应用情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：对我院2007年6月～2008年7月TPN临床应用情况进行统计分析。结果：95例患者使用TPN共590份。患者疾病以腹部手术围手术期为主，占54.74%。结论：我院TPN临床应用基本合理，但仍需进一步提高TPN合理应用的水平。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of total parenteral nutrition(TPN) in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:The clinical utilization of TPN in our hospital from June 2007 to July 2008 was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:A total of 95 patients received a total of 590 TPN,and 54.74% of the patients undergone operation on abdominal region and they received TPN perioperativelly.CONCLUSION:The utilization of TPN in our hospital was rational on the whole,but the rational use level of TPN remains to be improved further. |
