摘    要:目的提高卫生学校护理专业学生的护患沟通能力。方法实施“护理情景实录-反思”法,具体步骤为:记录护理情景,提出问题,在带教老师的指导下,通过讨论与反思,得出最佳的沟通方式建议,指导学生与患者实施有效沟通。结果通过实施“护理情景实录-反思”法,学生沟通能力得到提高,出院患者对实习生满意率由实习初期的67.0%上升到92.0%。结论运用“护理情景实录-反思”法,学生的护患沟通意识与能力明显提高。

Abstract:Objective To improve nursing students' communication skills in health vocational school. Methods "Reflection on nursing scenario record" was used among 87 nursing students enrolling in 2003 during clinical practice teaching. The concrete steps included recording nursing scenario,discussion and reflection,and feedback from the students fully involved in care activities. Results The students improved their communication skills after implementation of "reflection on nursing scenario record". The satisfaction degree of patients to the students improved significantly from 67.0% to 92.0%. Conclusion "Reflection on nursing scenario record" contributes to improving students' communication skills and awareness.
