十二指肠损伤九例分析

目的分析十二指肠损伤的早期诊断和正确治疗。方法1980年1月至1997年12月收治十二指肠损伤9例,其中单纯修补加大网膜覆盖3例,十二指肠空肠Roux-y吻合1例,憩室化1例,胰十二指肠切除2例,广泛十二指肠挫伤、致上消化道梗阻,保守治疗1例,术中漏诊1例。结果7例存活,2例死亡。结论早期手术,细致探查,充分的肠道减压及引流,可取得较满意的治疗效果。

The analysis of 9 cases of duodenal injury

ve To analyse the early diagnosis and correct treatment of duodenal injury. Methods 9 cases of duodenal injury were hospitalized from January, 1980 to December, 1997.Simple repair and covered with greater omentum were used for 3 cases of the injury; Roux-y duodenojejunostomy for 1 cases; divevticularization for 1 cases; pancreduodenectomy for 2 cases; conservative treatment for 1 cases; misdiagnosis for 1 cases. Results 7 cases survived, 2 cases were dead. Conclusion The satsfied results can be obtained when early surgery, careful exploration, full depression and drainage were given.
