| 摘 要： | 本文测定甲亢患者血清游离甲状腺素(fT_3、fT_1)、总甲状腺素(fT_3、fT_1)和胆同醇(Ch)水平,并进行相关分析。未治疗组:fT_3与TT_3,fT_1与TT_1呈正相关;TT_3与Ch,TT_1与Ch呈负相关。提示:以血清胆同醇水平可估计血清甲状腺素水平;以血清甲状腺素水平,可估计血清游离甲状腺索水平。

| Abstract: | In this paper levels of free thyroid hormone (fT_3, fT_4), tota thyroid hormone (TT_3, TT_4) and cholesterol (ch)in serum of patients with hyperthyroidism were calculated and correlation between them were analysed as well. In the group of subjects without treatment the fT_3and TT_3fT_4and TT_4revealed positive correlation, while TT_3and Ch,TT_4and ch expressed negative correlation. The results suggest that in serum of patients level of thyroid hormone can be estimated according to level of cholesterol and level of free thyroid hormone can be evaluated bymaking reference to level of thyroid hormone. |
