彩色多普勒血流显像在甲状腺疾病中的应用

目的：评价彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对甲状腺疾病诊断的临床价值。方法：采用CDFI对116例甲状腺疾病进行检测，其中弥漫性甲状腺肿67例（42例为Graves病，25例为桥本氏甲状腺炎）。测量甲状腺上动脉的血流指标（D、Vp、Vm、RI、Q），在两组中采用t检验进行对比。49例甲状腺肿块进行了手术，将术前超声诊断与术后病理诊断进行比较。结果：67例弥漫性甲状腺肿大的Graves病的血流指标与桥本氏甲状腺炎的血流指标有显著差异（P＜0．005），在49例甲状腺肿块中，42例术前超声与术后病理诊断符合，符合率85．7％，误诊率14．3％。结论：联合应用HFU和CDFI对甲状腺疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断有一定的临床价值。

The Application of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Thyroid Disease

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the diagnosis of thyroid disease.Methods GDFI were performed in 116 cases with thyriod disease,among the cases,67 paients with diffuse goiter were found(42 Grave's disease and 25 Hashimoto's thyroiditis),the results were compared with surgery and pathology in 49 of all cases.Some Doppler parameters of superior thyroid artery(STA) were compared in the two groups. Results The Doppler parameters were significant differences in the two groups ( P <0.005).The diagnostic accuracy rate was 85.7% in 42 confirmed cases.Conclusions Combined HFU with CDFI show certain clinical valve to diagnose and differentiate thyroid disease.
