摘    要:本实验观察了l-色氨酸对动物中枢神经系统。心功能和血流动力学的影响。实验结果表明:较大剂量l-色氨酸对小白鼠、家兔具有镇静催眠作用,并能明显提高小白鼠的电刺激致痛阈值和激怒阈值,但无麻醉作用;对呼吸几无影响,且耐受量较大。静脉注射l-色氨酸可使动脉收缩压和舒张压暂时降低,注射速度过快则明显减慢心率,但心电图上无节律紊乱现象。另外,五种剂量l-色氨酸快速静脉注射可一过性地抑制家兔反映左心室收缩和舒张功能的多项指标以及血流动力学指标。

Abstract:The effects of l-tryptophan on central nervous system,cardiac function and hemodynamics were studied.The results suggest that large dose of l-tryptophan have sedative and hypnotic actions in mice.It could significantly increase the producing-pain threshold and the producing-anger threshold of electrical stimulation,l-tryptophan had no anesthetic action and did not depress respiration.The large dose of l-tryptophan could be toleranced.The l-tryptophan could lower systolic and diastolic pressure and remarkably decrease heart rate in faster intravenous in jection,but it did not produce an arrythemia.In addition,the five doses of l-tryptophan.could temporarily inhibit the indices to reflecting the contractile and diastolic functions of left ventricle as well as hemodynamics in rabbits.
