摘    要:学术沙龙是很有特色的教学方法。北京同仁眼科中心针对研究生教学、青年医师培养、申报和完成重大课题等不同的需求而同时举办的三种针对性的学术沙龙,包括研究生读书会、眼底病病例讨论沙龙、课题组学术沙龙,促进了研究生、青年医师和课题组成员的成长。在青年人自我教育、融洽师生关系、增强教育的系统性、培养和发现人才、建设学术团队等方面,学术沙龙发挥了积极作用。确定沙龙的主题、演讲者、主持人、宣传组织工作和持续化等是成功举办学术沙龙的要点。

Abstract:Academic salon is a characteristic educational method. To meet the needs of graduate education, young medical staff training, and application and implementation of major medical research projects, three kinds of ophthalmological academic salons were conducted in Beijing Tongren Eye Center. They were graduate student reading society, salon of eye disease case discussion, and academic salon of research projects. These salons promote the growth of graduates, young physicians and research team members, play a positive role in young doctors' self-education, mentor-student relationship, improvement of systematic education, cultivation and discovery of talented staff, and building of medical research team. The key to the success of academic salons is selecting a right topic, a right lecturer and a right presider, doing a proper organizing work, and achieving the sustainability of academic salons.
