| 摘 要： | 目的 观察还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物所致肝损害是否具有保护作用。方法 选择活动性结核患者因抗结核治疗后所致肝损害30例为治疗组，予以还原型谷胱甘肽注射液进行治疗，另选择活动性结核患者同期进行抗结核治疗致肝损害者25例为对照组，予以口服维生素类及一般保肝药物治疗。结果 疗程结束后，治疗组在有效率和总有效率方面与对照组有显著差异。结论 还原型谷胱甘肽对抗结核药物所致肝损害具有明显的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe whether the reductive glutathione have protection action for liver injuy induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods 30 patients with active tuberculosis whose liver injuries were induced by Anti-tuberculosis drugs.which were choosen as trial group and injected with reductive glutathione,and the other 25 patients with same situation as control group cured by vitamin and general liver-protected drugs.Results after complete the treatment course,there is obvious difference in effective rate between the trial group and the control group.Conclusion the result shows that the reductive glutathione have obvious protection action for liver injury induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs. |
