百多邦在腹腔引流管周围皮肤护理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨百多邦(莫匹罗星软膏)在腹腔引流管周围皮肤局部感染时的护理效果。方法104例腹腔引流管置管局部感染者分为对照组52例,使用碘伏纱条;试验组52例,使用碘伏纱条和百多邦软膏。护理期间记录两组红肿渗液消退情况。结果使用百多邦(莫匹罗星软膏)后,局部皮肤红肿渗液,疼痛感明显减轻。两组红肿渗液治愈率及治愈时间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论使用百多邦(莫匹罗星软膏)护理引流管周围皮肤局部感染效果明显优于常规消毒处理。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Bactroban, oitment of mupirocin, in treatment and nursing of the skin infection around the peritoneal cavity draining tube. Methods 104 patients with skin infection around the peritoneal cavity draining tube were rabdomly divided into 2 equal groups: control group treated with Iodophor gauze, and experimental group treated with batroban. Results The amount of purulent secretion of the experimental group was less, and the redness, swelling, and enlargement of the infected area were all milder in the experimental group. The healing time of the experimental group was (2.7± 0.6) d, significantly shorter than that of the control group [( 3.4± 0.2) d, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Baetroban is more effctive in treatment and nursing of the skin around peritoneal cavity draining tube in comparison with the routine sterialization procedures.
