大黄煎剂配合人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎临床研究

目的:观察中药大黄煎剂合人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法:将86例重型肝炎患者,分为治疗组56例和对照组30例。在综合治疗及人工肝支持系统治疗基础上治疗组加用大黄煎剂灌肠,对照组加用乳果糖灌肠。结果:治疗组对重型肝炎患者肝功能的恢复、减少并发症及清除内毒素症,提高重型肝炎抢救成功率等,显著优于对照组,在降低血氨方面也有较好作用。结论:中医药合人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎安全、有效,是值得临床推广的优化治疗方案。

Rhubarb Decoction Combined with Artificial Liver Support System in Severe Hepatitis Treatment:A clinical study

Objective:To observe the combined efficacy of the Chinese herbal preparation-rhubarb decoction and artificial liver support system in treating severe hepatitis.Methods:Eighty-six patients with severe hepatitis were assigned to receive artificial liver support therapy plus enema therapy with rhubarb decoction(treatment group,n=56) or with lactulose(control group,n=30).The pre-/post-treatment changes in hepatic function,results of the limulus test and incidence of complications were determined for patients in both groups.Statistical analysis was conducted.Results:Compared with lactulose plus artificial liver support therapy,the combination of rhubarb decoction and artificial liver support system was more significantly effective in improving hepatic function,reducing incidence of complications,eliminating endotoxin and increasing success rate of rescuing patients with severe liver disease.The treatment group also showed a greater reduction of blood ammonia compared with the control group.Conclusion:The combination of Chinese herbal preparation and artificial liver support system is safe and effective in the treatment of severe hepatitis.It is an optimized treatment strategy worth being promoted clinically.
