| 摘 要： | 目的：探索降低白血病化疗过程中药物的副作用和白血病细胞的耐药性的途径。方法：用MTT、集落形成和[3-]TDR掺入等方法观察血液光量子疗法(UBIO)对38例慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)细胞化疗药物敏感性的影响。结果：UBIO可明显提高白血病细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。结论：UBIO联合化疗药物可望成为治疗白血病的一项新手段。

| Abstract: | Objective:To solve the problem of side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs and drug resistence of leukemic cells.Methods:The effects of UBIO on 38 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia were evaluated by MTT assay,colony formation and DNA synthesis.Results:The leukemic cells treated with UIBO were highly susceptible to chemotherapeutic drugs.Conclusions:The application of both UBIO and chemotherapeutic drugs may provide a new method to treat leukemia. |
