| 摘 要： | 将制备的冷沉淀滴耳剂，在对动物进行过敏、抗炎、毒性和中耳炎治疗等实验研究的基础上，通过临床试用观察，证明冷沉淀治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎，对破坏了的组织有再修复功能，疗效确定。为治疗中耳炎增加了一种新疗法，也为血液制品应用于临床开辟了一条新途径。

| Abstract: | The allergy,anti-inflammation,toxicyty and otitis media curative research and experiment were performed on animals with the prepared cryoprecipitate eardrops.On this basis the clinic trial and observation of treatment of human chronic suppurative otitis media were conducted with mentioned above eardrops,indicating that the eardrops had defined therapeutic efficacy in treating the chronic suppurative otitis media and in repairing the damaged ear tissue.So,there was added a new therapy to the existed therapies in treating the otitis media,and the new channel was opened to application of blood products. |
