禁欲时间对男性精液质量的影响

目的 了解不同禁欲时间的男性精液质量状况,为临床治疗不育提供参考。方法 对来自全国7个省市562名健康男性的精液质量进行分析。结果 随着禁欲时间的延长,精液量、精子密度、精子总数都有所增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 精子数目过少的男性,禁欲时间可以稍长,但不宜超过7 d。精子活力差而精子数量足够的男性,则禁欲时间可以稍短,3 d左右即可。

Influence of Abstinence Time on Young Man Semen Quality

Purpose To compare semen quality with different abstinence times to provide suggestion to treat infertile couples. Methods Semen quality of all 562 men who aged 20 - 30 years old enrolled from 7 provinces were tested. Results Semen quantity, semen density and total semen count were all statistically increased with the longer abstinence time. The semen quantity indices(semen volume,semen density and total sperm number) was higher in the 5 - 6 days of abstinence, but semen quality indices have no statistical difference in the 3 - 6 days of abstinence. Conclusions Men with less sperm numbers maybe have a longer days of abstinence but not longer than 7 days. Those who have enough sperm numbers but poor sperm viability may have a abstinence time no more than 3 days which is very helpful to treat infertility couples to pregnant.
