两种方案对老年收缩期高血压疗效比较

目的 观察硝苯地平控释片对老年收缩期高血压临床疗效.方法 将老年收缩期高血压患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组25例给予硝苯地平控释片30 mg口服,每日一次;对照组25例给予吲哒帕胺2.5mg口服,每日一次;两组患者连续服药四周,疗程结束后观察疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为92.0％,对照组为88.0％;两组患者服药后不同时间点收缩压值无显著性差异.结论 硝苯地平控释片降压较平稳,吲达伯胺降低血压较快.

Compare of two schemes for the therapy of senile systolic hypertension

Objective Observe the clinical therapy of nifedipine controlled release tablets by oral medication treating senile systolic hypertension.Methods We randomly divided 50 patients owned senile systolic hypertension into a control group(n= 25) and a treatment group(n = 25).Observation group given nifedipine controlled release tablets once a day,30 mg every time while the control group given indapamide tablets once a day,2.5 mg every time,for four weeks.After that treatment observe the therapy of the two groups patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.0%,88% in the control group.there were no significantly different in systolic pressure values in different time points after two groups had the medication.Conclusion Nifedipine controlled release tablets antihypertensive more stable,indapamide tablets antihypertensive more quickly.
