| 摘 要： | 目的：评价中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法：选取糖尿病足患者64例,随机分为中西医结合组及西医组,每组32例。结果：中西医结合组及西医组比较总有效率分别为93.8%和87.5%,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗糖尿病足可明显提高糖尿病足的治愈率,可能与中药改善患肢血液循环,局部抑菌,促进生长因子分泌有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of the integrative on treating diabetic foot.Methods:64 cases were randomly divided into two groups(the integrative medicine group and the WM group),32 cases for each.Results:The total effective rates of the integrative medicine was 93.8%and was 87.5%of the WM groups,the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative medicine was effective in treating diabetic foot. |
