| 摘 要： | 多囊卵巢综合征是育龄妇女常见的内分泌代谢异常的综合性疾病,其发病机制尚未完全清楚。而从中医学的角度,肝郁是多囊卵巢综合征的重要病因病机之一。运用中医"治未病"思想,以疏肝为要,着眼于情志、运动、针药等中医特色干预手段,对多囊卵巢综合征的防治有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a comprehensive disease due to endocrine metabolic abnormalities ,Which pathogenesis is not fully clear. From the point of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), liver depression is one of the important pathogenesis of PCOS. It is a great of significance importance for us to apply the preventive treatment of disease as well as the method of soothing the liver to prevent PCOS by focusing on adjusting the mood ,exercising, acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. |
