南五味子种子和果肉化学成分比较研究

摘    要:目的比较南五味子果肉和种子化学成分的异同,为临床用药及炮制提供依据。方法采用分光光度法测定南五味子种子、果肉中总木脂素和多糖的含量。结果南五味子种子和果肉中总木脂素含量分别为1.175%,0.718%,挥发油含量分别为1.6%和0.2%,多糖含量分别为0.887%,2.14%;结论南五味子种子和果肉中化学成分存在一定差异。且种子中木脂素、挥发油含量较高,而果肉中以多糖含量为高。
