米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效与剂量的关系

目的 :探讨米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的最佳有效剂量。方法 :5 7例患者随机分为 4组 :A组 12例 ,米非司酮5 0mg/d ;B组 15例 ,米非司酮 2 5mg/d ;C组 15例 ,米非司酮 12 5mg/d ;D组 115例 ,米非司酮 6 2 5mg/d ,每晚临睡前用凉开水 1次口服 ,连服 3个月为 1疗程。结果 :A、B、C、D各组经 2个疗程治疗 ,子宫肌瘤体积平均缩小分别为 5 1.9%、5 1.5 6 %、2 8.3%、2 1.0 9%。结论 :不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤 ,瘤体均有不同程度的缩小 ,且缩小程度与口服剂量有关。如为保守治疗 ,以 6 .2 5mg/d为宜 ,若为手术前准备 ,以 2 5～ 5 0mg/d为妥。

The Relationship between the Curative Effect and the Dose of Mifepristone Used in Treatment of Uterine Myoma

Objective:To Consider the optimum dose of mifepristone in treat ment of uterine myoma.Methods:57 cases were divided into 4 groups,th e doses in which were 50,25,12.5 and 6.25mg/d,respectively,once a day,po.A si ngle therapeutic course lasted 30 days.Results:Throug h 2 courses the myoma bodies decreased 51.9%,51.56%,28.3%and 21.0%in size,respectively.Conclusi ons:The bodies of myoma can be decreased in difrerent degree,if they are t reated with different doses of mifepristone.The result is associated with the do sage.If the therapy is conservative,it is curative recommended that the dose is 6.25mg/d. If the therapy is directed toward operation,the effective dose is 25～50mg/d.
