HoLEP与TUVP治疗前列腺增生症的手术时间比较

摘    要:目的比较钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)与经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的手术时间.方法HoLEP治疗BPH患者34例,TUVP治疗BPH患者73例,并对2种术式手术时间与前列腺重量的关系进行曲线拟合,比较2种术式手术时间的变化,并从微分学、几何学、病理学等方面给予分析探讨.结果HoLEP治疗组平均手术时间长于TUVP治疗组,2组比较差异有显著性意义(t=4.900,P<0.001);但对于增生较大的前列腺,HoLEP手术时间短于TUVP.结论随着增生前列腺的不断增大,HoLEP相应延长的手术时间明显短于TUVP,且对于增生较大的前列腺,HoLEP手术时间短于TUVP.

Abstract:Objective To compare the operation time of HoLEP and TUVP for the treatment of BPH.Methods Thirty four patients were treated by HoLEP and seventy three patients were treated by TUVP.Curve estimation was performed for the relationship between prostate weight and operation time of the two methods to compare the operation time of HoLEP and TUVP .Knowledge of differential calculus, geometry and pathoanatomy was used to analyze the change in operation time of the two methods.Results The operation time was significantly longer in the HoLEP group than the TUVP group(t=4.900,P<0.001),but it was shorter than TUVP when HoLEP was used for larger prostate.Conclusions With the increasing in hyperplastic prostate weight, the corresponding prolonged operation time of HoLEP is obviously shorter than TUVP; and the operation time of HoLEP is also shorter than TUVP as for larger prostate.
