| 摘 要： | 目的：研究高聚生与顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效比较。方法：选择35例患有恶性胸水的住院患者，分别胸腔内注射高聚生与顺铂。结果：应用HAS疗效为83．3％，应用DDP疗效为58．8％。结论：高聚生治疗恶性胸水疗效优于顺铂，效果确切，无明显毒副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the curative effect of HAS and DDP treating malignant pleural effusion. Methods: Patients in hospital suffering from malignant pleural effusion were selected and injected intrapleural with HAS and DDP individually. Results: HAS curative effect of treating malignant pleural effusion is superior to DDP. Conclusion: The result of treating malignant pleural effusion with HAS is exact. No obvious toxicity or side effects was observed. |
